Metadoron exists so the gifts and messages you prepare today can reach the people you love on the occasions you chose — even when you can no longer arrange that yourself. This is how we fulfil those wishes, step by step.
An executor notifies us One of your active executors submits a death notification through their Metadoron executor portal. They can share when they became aware, and any notes that help our care team review carefully.
Our care team reviews before anything is released We aim to review each notification within 48 hours. Arrangements stay locked until our care team confirms the notification. If we need more information, we will contact the executor who notified us. If a notification is not accepted, a further notification can be submitted later.
Your paid moments become active On confirmation, paid moments are released into fulfilment and their delivery schedules are set. For milestones you left undated, your executor then sets a full calendar date, guided by the fulfilment notes you left.
Recipient details are checked After confirmation, your executor verifies or updates contact details for the people you named — delivery address for physical gifts, and email (and preferred phone where needed) for messages — so what you prepared can actually arrive.
Each delivery happens on its due date
Recipients are not contacted simply because a death has been confirmed. We reach them only when a specific moment is due.
Your part is to prepare clearly - people, content, dates, and notes - to create the moment you have in mind.
Our part is to wait until a trusted executor speaks, to review with care, and then to carry out each paid arrangement on the schedule you set — calmly, on time, and in the form you chose.
That is the pathway from the plan you make today to the presence you leave behind.
