A summary of how Metadoron holds funds and delivers arrangements on your behalf.
How funds are held
Prepayments for arrangements are held in a segregated trust account until delivery. Funds remain separate from operating accounts and are only released when delivery conditions are met.
Two-executor protocol
Executor verification is required before any after-life deliveries are triggered. We recommend naming two executors so your arrangements can proceed if one executor is unavailable.
Privacy & encryption
Video recordings are encrypted and stored in Australia. Personal data is handled in line with our privacy policy and access controls.
What happens if we close
If your arrangements have NOT moved into the fulfillment stage as you have not passed, your orders will be cancelled and a FULL REFUND will be provided.
In the event that your orders are in the fulfillment stage as you have passed, your nominated executor will be the beneficiary of any unused funds held in trust.
